Liked: The staff was friendly and available 24 hours. The view from my room was excellent. It was right beside a metro, close to the vatican, lots of restaurants, shopping and a walk away from parks. They kept my luggage. It was all very convenient.
Disliked: They should have real coffee in the room. My coffee pot did not work.

Ok place to stay in...

Liked: This is a 'good value' place -- we needed a place to stay 3 nights in Rome in a pinch and it worked for us but definitely is not a highlight of the trip. Close to Vatican city.
Disliked: The first room they put us in smelled faintly of cigarettes to which I'm fairly sensitive. Then the receptionist quickly moved us to another room which was a little better. The WiFi was terrible.

Smelly bathroom and very poor...

Liked: Toilet and bathroom smells very bad. Blankets did not have cover instead of cover there was bedsheet blanket and another bedsheet, like hamburger. It’s very annoying since one bedsheet goes somewhere another goes some other place, you have to keep them tidy while sleeping. Plus I killed 15 mosquito in one night. All doors of rooms like got rotten from bottom part and aisle of hotel had some rusty metal part. Price is quite much for these standards. Only best thing is very close to metro and easy to reach downtown by walk.

Disliked: The toilet leaked water all the way down to the floor , the wall was terribly messy , smelled was no bueno like cigarettes too and the night tables were burned I’m guessing from the cigarettes 🤷‍♀️ the curtains are older than idk what! Whatever! Paid $110 dollars for it. Too expensive for what it was!
