Great place to stay in...

Liked: We thought the Hotel's location was great and the afternoon staff very helpful and attentive. The room was spacious and the beds so comfortable.
Disliked: We had a room next to the service lift and it was so noisy that two people in the room could not sleep when it was active. The third was on melatonin so nothing was stopping her from sleeping.In the morning, we mentioned it to the reception staff. They were not interested, dismissive and couldn't even be bothered looking at us. So disrespectful. We would have expected for the price and the vibe you are trying to achieve, the morning staff could put some effort. We loved the hotel but if we stayed again we would be skiing for a room away from any of the service areas.

Liked: The staff are friendly and professional. The room was big, and the bed was very comfortable. Good coffee machine in the room. The restaurant was great.

Very poor

Disliked: Inconsistent service. We had to cut our trip short due to my pregnant wife being sick. We explained the situation to the front desk, who agreed not to charge us for the one night we had to cancel. After checking out, they proceeded to charge us the full amount and refused to honor their original offer.

Liked: Comfortable bed; clean, spacious room, delicious breakfast
Disliked: The pool not open until 9am so not able to swim for early AM exercise.
