Excellent property to stay at...

Liked: It’s proximity to the metro, food and vendors, the cleanliness of the rooms. The breakfast was great and they went out of their way to make sure you were taken care of.
Disliked: The WiFi was sketchy and the low water pressure in the bathroom vanity was not good.

Disliked: Rude airport taxi driver. 10 pm Airport taxi left us in a dark street at the back of the hotel instead of driving in the parking lot .3 suitcases , 300 ft from the front dest out of sight. . At night from parking only entrance by car front desj has no signs. Scary for foreignors .airport taxi was the problem here. The hotel should complain to the airport . They sell all the taxi fares. Taxi driver demanded a tip. This is more a taxi driver complaint here. For the hotel to complain about airport taxi drivers.

ok for the money

Liked: - (ok) location- (simple) breakfast available
Disliked: - close to the old town but very close to not too safe areas (including the square right in front of it)- was a bit difficult to communicate as the staff only speaks Spanish (however they were very kind and we did find a workaround)- rooms are not well equipped but spacious and comfortable all in all- walls are very thin, you can always hear your neighbors
