This modern hotel is located close to the center of Santiago just 550 yards from the cathedral. There is free Wi-Fi central heating and air conditioning throughout the building. Walk to the cathdral but...

Liked: everything was perfect--super clean, very organized. great Santiago location. not romantic because big tourvgroups on busses. but very well appointed.

Could be better

Liked: Location was good and the receptionist on check out was very friendly and helpful
Disliked: On check in the staff were inflexible and a little abrupt -strict 3pm even though this meant reception was filling up with people waiting so a huge queue forming. Breakfast was poor quality and cheap products. Bathroom needed re-sealing around the bath and products were cheap.
