Liked: Very comfortable and clean room.The staff is super nice. Separate thanks to a cleaning lady. She saw me tired on the floor (after finishing my Camino) next to my closed door. Without words, she ran down and fixed my card, which was not working.That was super sweet!The ladies on the reception are also very friendly 🤗

Great first stay in Santiago...

Liked: The location is excellent, not far from historic Santiago de Compostela by foot or public transport (which is very good). The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was good and the bed very comfortable. I had half board and the food was delicious. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Very comfortable room, very quiet and excellent location, good bus service with stops a moment away from the hotel, the restaurant is great and above all the staff were exceptional, so helpful and friendly
Disliked: Nothing, on checking out a slight problem with the shower was mentioned and it was going to be looked at straightaway

Reasonable value but for pilgrims...

Liked: Location was a bit further from the centre than I originally thought but the restaurant was good and fairly priced. Nice common room.
Disliked: Shower stall designed in such a way that for tall people the water goes everywhere in the bathroom.

Liked: Hotel Lazaro was a good base to spend a few days post-Camino. The in-house bar and restaurant served excellent traditional and regional specialities. My room did suffer from a lack of privacy through being overlooked by an adjacent elevated and well-used public footpath within a few metres of the window.
