Avoid this place. It’s noisy...

Disliked: The place is noisy and not clean. They don’t issue refunds even when they should. I never wrote a bad review on here, but I can’t ignore the disrespect they have for their guests. There are much better places to stay in San Juan.

Disliked: The machine for drinks and water was not working and when I asked a staff for water tells me there are no water and no braverage

Liked: I had asked for a quiet room not Facing the street. I was told it was quiet. I get to the room, it was Facing the street. The Hotel was.more than half empty. I think the reception did it.on person

Disliked: They stole my perfume from the room when i went out!
