Liked: The hotel was a 20 minsutes drive from the airport.
Disliked: I strongly advise against booking Hotel San Jorge in San Juan. The property was poorly maintained, with dirty bed sheets that had visible hair (including what appeared to be pubic hair), unclean bathrooms, and extremely cramped rooms. The bed was uncomfortable, and overall cleanliness left much to be desired.What made the experience worse was the unhelpful and unprofessional behavior of the staff. Due to an unexpected family bereavement, we needed to check out earlier than planned. The hotel refused any refund and kept deflecting responsibility to Booking.com. Even when Booking.com's support staff called the hotel directly during our live call, the hotel hung up on them—twice.Despite previously communicating with us in English, the hotel staff then insisted on only speaking Spanish and refused to cooperate with the Booking.com representative, who spoke with an accent. Their attitude was dismissive and rude—not just to us, but also to Booking's support team.This hotel failed on every basic level: cleanliness, comfort, and customer service. If you're considering staying here, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
