Superb

Liked: I spent one night in Udine and had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the city center, which made it easy to explore the city on foot. We really enjoyed a lovely evening on the hotel’s outdoor patio, relaxing with a drink in a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were extremely kind and attentive. Overall, a great experience and excellent value for money.

Liked: Hotel San Giorgio exceeded all my expectations! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. My room was spacious, spotless, and had a beautifully renovated bathroom. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the city center with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. I also appreciated the private parking, which made things much easier. Overall, excellent service, comfort, and value for money. Highly recommend!

Unprofessional behavior and language problems

Liked: They say, we can cancel it as communication was not possible and they did not understand our problems.
Disliked: They barely spoke English, German or Russian.They behaved unprofessional and did not give us time to consider their proposed solutions to a parking problem. They say contradictory things about the security situation and have no understanding for concerns.The place appeared to be suffering from a lack of order.
