Liked: Clean and comfortable room that was decorated colorfully. The staff was so very friendly…every single person. Hotel is located very close to the plaza, towers, etc.
Disliked: Can’t think of anything. We are coming back through Bologna later in our trip and cancelled a different hotel to re-book here.

Liked: We had a room on 3rd floor with a balcony with a wonderful view of the Cento Historical and several Towers. There is a fire door open to a wonderful roof top terrace with the most amazing view of the Torre Duo. The room was very comfortable and thought tired looking quite charming.
Disliked: The roof top bar was not open. The hairdryer in room did not work and when we ran out of water and had to ask for more on late night reception it was like being in fawlty towers sitcom! All of above made us smile!
