Acommodation needs some TLC but...

Liked: Excellent location with garaged parking. Extremely helpful host.
Disliked: We really appreciated the balcolny area but it does need some attention to detail/repairs in a number of areas.

Liked: The location is very convenient and the living environment is quite good. The rooms are quite spacious. The staff are also very friendly.
Disliked: The door doesn't provide good sound insulation.

Liked: Excellent location for the price - very convenient to all Bruges attractions and easily able to walk from the train station. Loved our view of the cathedral.
Disliked: The room was clean and functional with self-contained kitchenette which was very convenient, though did not have new or luxury items - which was fine, as we weren’t expecting it to be fancy.

Liked: Comfortable room with aircon and we'll appointed bathroom. Friendly service and helpful. Very good facilities for breakfast and luggage storage.

Clean, convenient, comfortable and characterful

Liked: The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the heart of Bruges. Don't believe the other reviews about noise at night - I wasn't woken at all. My room was very clean, comfortable and characterful, and the staff were really nice. There's a special set of lockable cupboards in reception to leave luggage - I left mine after I checked out so I didn't have to carry it round all day; I was given a code to the front door to let myself back in in the late afternoon so I could get my luggage and then catch my train; hugely appreciated. Very sweet lounge downstairs. Thank you for a great stay, I would definitely stay again.
