Spacious and comfortable

Liked: Location was convenient in old town, room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The team were also very friendly.
Disliked: We stayed in the middle of summer, and as the room didn't have aircon it was pretty hot with just the fan, however as to be expected for the time of the year.

Great location to prefer

Liked: Location is perfect. It is close to the old town, boat tours and many attractions. You can walk many attractions. There is also a tram and bus stop very close to the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. Towels and bedsheets are quite clean and there were enough bath towels for four of us. There is also a restaurant where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel is very close to Palladium shopping center, where you can buy whatever you need. The staff at the reception desk are kind and helpful.
Disliked: The only thing I didnt like is that the rooms are hot.There are fans in the room but they are not enough to cool the room. We stayed at the fourth floor ,maybe thats why the rooms are hotter. They must find a way to keep the rooms cooler. It is my second stay at this hotel, when we stayed for the first time, it was June, so the rooms arenot so hot, but this time it was sometimes hard to sleep at night. Apart from that, everything was perfect

We can stay again

Liked: Very good location. Clean. Has a kitchen ready devices to cook, table, freezer. Room was very suitable for family.
Disliked: No air conditioner but the weather was not so hot.

Liked: Good location, staff were very friendly. We had a lovely stay in the hotel.
Disliked: There was no air-con but I requested 3 extra fans which were provided and helped.

Fantastic hotel with delicious breakfast,...

Liked: We were three girlfriends on and we shared a suite. It was really roomy. We loved the breakfast, and the interior courtyard where you could eat it. It was fantastic having such a good restaurant in the hotel. We even discovered a cool entertainment space downstairs for guests which had games and things. The location was very central, close to the Jewish Quarter. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
