Nice hotel, polite staff, brilliant...

Liked: Location is great. The hotel is right next to a metro station and the trams leave from close by. The old town square is 5 minute walk away. Room was very basic, but I didn't need anything else than a bed and a clean bathroom!
Disliked: I wish the coffee and tea supply would've been restocked. I drank my coffee and tea during the first day or two and run out. Also some milk would've been nice to have. The bathroom had lots of silverfish running around when the lights were switched on. This could possibly be a sign of damp in the bathroom. The room got quite hot during warm weather and there was a fan in the room. I had the windows open, but since they opened to the court yard, I could hear other guests coming back from the pub after 1am and the cleaners starting their work at 7 am.

Liked: The breakfast buffet was quite small but very nice! I didn't really look for anything elseLarge rooms with lots of space! Nice bed. A room to store luggage before and after check in/check out if you want to walk around the city..
Disliked: No lounge area, it was your room or nothing. No hotel bar. The restaurant often cannot take you only for drinks and some of the people working there during the evening could be quite rude when hotel guests appeared to see if there was a bar there.

Liked: Great location. It was great having 2 bedrooms separated by a door.
Disliked: You could hear clearly all the noise happening in the hallways.

Liked: Great location, beautiful building and interior, spacious room, good facilities and friendly, helpful staff. Good value for the money, plentiful and delicious breakfast buffet.

Awesome stay.

Liked: The hotel was very good. The receptionist gave the room early since we reached the hotel early and since the room was available not sticking to the strict timings which was the great help. All in all the staff was very helpful and hotel was very good. Recommend to stay.
Disliked: nothing to not like.

Superb

Liked: Brilliant location, right in old town with its own fantastic Spanish restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed the games room with billiards, video games, books etc. The triple room was also spacious and great. Staff was amazing as well. Breakfast was a super spread.
Disliked: Nothing to not like!
