Disliked: I've been staying at this hotel for over 7 years every time I travel to London. I’ve always appreciated the great location, clean facilities, spacious rooms — and especially the rooftop, which was a big reason I kept coming back.Unfortunately, for the past 3 years, every time I try to access the rooftop, I’m told it’s closed due to a corporate event. I understand that the rooftop can be privatized, but it's very frustrating that it's still advertised as a key feature of the hotel when guests are regularly denied access.It would be fairer to at least reserve a small section for hotel guests. If nothing changes, I’ll sadly have to consider staying elsewhere on my next trips.

Amazing location and lovely room

Liked: Perfect location for exploring! Lots of cool places within walking distance and so easy to get to other parts of the city. We couldn't have wished for a better starting point. The room was nice and clean with good A/C, great bathroom with good water pressure and everything you need (except for toilet brush, which was a bit annoying). There's water, a kettle, tea, coffee and biscuits.We had a la carte breakfast in the restaurant and that was great. Staff was extremely friendly.
Disliked: The linen felt a little plasticy/unbreathable, which was a little uncomfortable. The first couple of nights there was something wrong with the TV, so we only had 4 channels and one was in Italian. Thankfully that was fixed and we could watch all of our favorite, British shows after a long day of sightseeing.
