Very good

An excellent stay!

Liked: It was my second stay at the hotel as I had a great experience previously. The staff were very welcoming. The room was lovely. The restaurant was excellent.
Disliked: It was expensive, but I appreciate that it's in an expensive part of London.

Disappointing

Liked: Good location and clean.
Disliked: Was advertised as a king bed but was 2 singles pushed together and the AC didn’t work.

Perfect location to explore London.

Liked: Great location, loads of bars nearby! Rooms lovely and clean and we had a great view and the best sleep could not hear any noise. Staff lovely and friendly and very helpful

Banging doors throughout the early...

Liked: The rooms were clean and modern. Checked us in early (before 3pm).
Disliked: Room was small (compared to a premier inn for example). The Air Con unit seems to be tripping on arrival but then seemed to be ok after a few hours. We were in room 209 and room 210 were a nightmare! They kept on leaving their room every 30mins between (1am-4am), slamming the door every-time and had people knocking at various points in the early hours. Think my husband and I had about 2-3 hours sleep all in all as every time we’d fall of asleep, another door bang would happen. There were also loud voices happening outside of the room, at room 210 after knocking. Worst nights sleep I’ve had in a hotel for a long, long time.

Definitely come back !!

Liked: Good location, luxurious decorations
Disliked: The rooftop bar isn’t part of the hotel - not because we don’t like it, but because it doesn’t prioritise hotel guests with first-come service

Liked: Lovely hotel in a great location next door to underground. Room was excellent and very clean. The complementary upgrade was a very nice touch. Thank you
Disliked: Breakfast could have been better compared to other hotels i have stopped in
