Faulty, loud air con, and...

Disliked: Air conditioning didn't work, asked several times but was told they had no different room or way to fix it. Kept phoning back, and they brought me an old fan which was extremely loud. The air con made a loud buzzing sound regardless every 20 minutes, waking us up.Only at 2 30 am, after saying we need to leave did they finally find us a different room. I was up early for work, and didn't sleep well at all. I was phoned by staff apologising, and was told a manager would call soon, but they never did.The new rooms shower did not drain properly, so we could only take short showers or the room would flood.No accountability was taken, or solution offered, I would avoid in future.

Boiling room- had to change...

Disliked: Terrible service - one room and as boiling hot it was 10pm at night , I complained after finally getting back to me they moved me into another room that was again BOILING , they didn’t even bother to check the temperature. 11.30pm and 2 rooms later , finally third room it was a normal temperature. Bad customer service and they didn’t even check the temperatures - lazy and unbothered about customers

Liked: Reasonable size room with all the facilities. Clean and to a high standard
Disliked: Very disappointed that the roof gardens were close because of a private function, I had already asked if it was open a few days before and was told yes, however, this was not the case.Expensive in the restaurant only had small platers for two people with 4 cocktails, which 2 were special price before 7pm, however, bill was over £140
