Disliked: I arrived at 1:30pm to find a sign on the door saying that reception is closed until 3pm, but a lady opened the door and let me in. I said I have a reservation and gave my name. "I sent you emails to tell you that your reservation has been cancelled." I did receive them but they were in French and seemed to say that payment failed and I needed to pay by 26 Sep, so I did. She said that the hotel is full, so I cannot stay there. I asked why my confirmed booking was cancelled. She said that after I booked in March, ownership changed. An English paragraph in an email said that my booking has been cancelled due to "a problem". Unless it ceased being a hotel if ownership changed, my booking should have been honoured

Basic, wouldn’t stay again.
Liked: Location was convenient for our on ward travel.
Disliked: Broken shower, cleanliness wasn’t to a good standard. Asked for extra pillows non available. Curtains were torn and dirty. Receptionist on arrival was friendly, gentleman after not so.

Probably one of the worst...
Liked: The location was great. That is it. Everything else is really bad.
Disliked: There was an unusually large pile of long red hair outside my window, multiple cigarette burns in the furniture and curtains, the shower was broke so that it only would sit at waist level, and there was a weird hole in the bathroom which when I shined a light in it, looked like an empty room. And this was only the beginning. When I checked in, I was with two other people. They each also had a room for one night in this hotel where I had a room for four nights. Their rooms, which they paid less for were significantly better in every way. My room did not even have a close off bathroom or a closet. It was like they just tried to make an additional room on the back of the hotel from a closet. I went downstairs and I spoke with the gentleman who checked me in. I told him that I would be staying for multiple nights and I would like to move rooms. I never heard back from him again.I then went onto Booking.com for four days sent the hotel messages from the same thread that they sent me check-in infirmary from and even until this day, five days later, I have heard nothing back from them.I left after only two nights and placed a complaint with Booking.com. Upon leaving, I couldn’t even find anyone to talk to to tell that I was leaving. I stay in hotel rooms through Booking.com for about 60 days of the year and then level three genius on here so I know the difference between a good and a man hotel. This is probably one of the worst when you take it to consideration the room, the interaction with customer service, and potential peephole situation in the bathroom that went ignored. I give this place zero stars if I could.
