Reasonable hotel - expensive and...

Liked: The room is fine and the breakfast is up to standard.
Disliked: My room was not made up one day and when I reported this, I was told I had the do not disturb sign on the door. This was not true, and I do not like being lied to by hotel staff. Also, they were not prepared to help with a late check-out at all.
