Liked: The room was a good size. The bathroom was good. Location was excellent. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t rate that. The staff were really helpful and pleasant.

wonderful!

Liked: The service from all the staff at your hotel was truly wonderful. Furthermore, they spoke to us in our language (Japanese). We were truly happy with your hospitality. After this, we stayed at the Shangri-La Paris and the Ritz Paris. Your hospitality was as good as those of those hotels. Thank you very much.
Disliked: When I arrived in Paris, it was a little chilly in the mornings and evenings. Japanese people are generally a little more sensitive to the cold than Europeans. I wish the room had been a little warmer.
