Friendly staff and small cozy...

Liked: Friendly, kind, and helpful staff throughout our stay; cozy room, rooftop view, quiet location in the heart of the city. Beds were comfortable. The price was a consideration for us, and this was a nice room at a good price in Paris. As is the case in many places in old-town Europe, the stairs up to the rooms are a bit off-kilter, which made it fun and quirky (our 13-year-old son loved them), but please be advised if you have mobility issues.
Disliked: The room was small, but we knew that from previous reviews. I think it may have been difficult for cleaning staff to clean since it's tucked into the attic. There were some cobwebs and dust balls here and there, nothing terrible but worth noting. The breakfast was minimal and simple. Mostly pre-packaged items, and self-serve coffee (the fresh breads were good). It is in the basement which is quaint and fun, but a little tight when there are so many wonderful outdoor cafe's just steps away.
