Liked: Friendly, helpful staffClean, large bathroom with great shower Great location; quiet neighborhood but close to transportation, shops, and restaurants.

Good all in all but...

Liked: Very pleasing room decor, and close to the beautiful Marais area. Helpful, friendly staff.
Disliked: The air conditioning had broken down at a time of intense heat. The hotel seemed slow in fixing it. This meant the room was rather less comfortable than we had expected. (Our third stay here.) The hotel did not reduce the bill, despite these circumstances, which makes us think twice about staying here again.

Lovely hotel if you are...

Liked: Staff lovely. Room lovely. Great location as I like the Maris.
Disliked: Street unbelievably noisy but not the hotel's fault. Very early bin collection but that's Paris too. Room bijou - I would not have liked there to be 2 of us. And no real coffee machine only powdered stuff.

You could find a better...

Liked: Seemed like a nice area, though we only stayed for one night given the broken AC. The staff were nice.
Disliked: Way overpriced. It was cute but super tiny and not that nice for the expense. The AC broke and they offered fans but it was 95 out so we decided to change accommodations so we could actually sleep. I wish they had told us that before we checked in, as I would’ve bailed the first night. They offered a free breakfast as compensation which was worse than horrible. They didn’t make an effort whatsoever. I had better food out in the mountains on the TMB.
