A great place to stay.

Liked: The hotel was great. It is in a great location for getting around in the downtown area. The staff was efficient and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing - everything was perfect.

Gorgeous old hotel.

Liked: The hotel and room were wonderful. Staff went out of their way to help with anything we asked about. The room was huge (king bed, desk, arm chair and bench with room ro still do floor exercises. ) bathroom was the size of a small bedroom. Quiet. And never heard anything outside the room. AND there was a record player and a few records!
Disliked: Windows throughout the property could use washing but everything else sparkled. The business center could most definitely use a new printer.

Liked: Great location. Wonderful staff! It was my birthday and the stay was so perfect. The tv in the bathroom mirror was astonishing. The balcony has a good view! Overall excellence. Best hotel I stayed in downtown St Louis!
Disliked: That I didn’t stay longer. I wished I stayed another day.
