Perfect central location, safe,

Liked: The location was perfect to experience the old port, the quartier des spectacles, China town and many other quartiers. Quiet rooms, with comfortable beds, cool air conditioning during a heatwave. Appreciated the small kitchen with opportunity to prepare snacks. Underground parking was a peace of mind, as a safe space to leave our vehicle for the duration of our stay.
Disliked: Although beds were comfortable, the room was dated, as evidenced by small tears in the carpet, cracks in ceramic tiles in bathroom, and limited plug-ins by the bed. Mostly aesthetic in nature, didn’t affect our comfort.

Ok hotel if all you...

Liked: The location is decent for Montreal—relatively close to nightlife and some great restaurants. In terms of amenities and comfort, it’s not bad overall, but there’s definitely room for improvement. Cleanliness could be better, and the quality of the kitchen utensils left a lot to be desired. A bit more attention to detail would really elevate the experience.
Disliked: My room had a kitchen, which I was really looking forward to since I enjoy cooking. Unfortunately, the utensils weren’t properly cleaned, and some of the tabletops had burn marks. It also seemed like the kitchen area either wasn’t cleaned at all or was only lightly tidied during the daily room service. It was disappointing, especially given how much I was hoping to use it.

Houseflies are extended stay guests...

Liked: Beds very comfortable - except for sofa bed which was extremely uncomfortable. Windows open but no mosquito screens.
Disliked: Fly infestation - a dozen or more in suite, flies at reception desk, in elevator and even in underground parking. Dishwasher not attached and dangerously loose. Suspicious stain in shower.

Very good
