I would not recommend anyone

Liked: Location was a little confusing to find, especially the parking lot. Room was okay , moderately clean building.
Disliked: The parking fee was a surprise. When I confirmed at the beginning of the stay that the two apartments COME WITH parking spots each, I received a " yes " response. There was no indication that they would be charged $80 each. It is ridiculous. When questioned at the end of the stay, the lady said, we don't disclose it to third parties, well you should disclose it so that the customers are well informed.

Liked: Hotel location downtown near CHUM hospital, which is the reason we selected that place, very convenient. Also next to the China district and place des artistes, excellent location for downtown shopping, Ste Catherine st. Near by.
Disliked: Of course, if you look for a quiet hotel, specially at night, this is not the place to go, extremely noisy neighborhood, not a good place to rest.

Disliked: Ac unit not fully sealed around in the window, allowed cold air to come through

Liked: Close to downtown
Disliked: Everything was old and outdated. The hotel is overdue a big renovation. Additionally, my room was not clean.

Liked: Received a free upgrade upon my arrival, room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: There were a few areas of the room that were not cleaned properly, the hotel could use some updating.
