Liked: Generally, clean and large room.
Disliked: Hot water issue in the shower either cold or ran out fast.

Home away from home downtown...

Liked: Everything needed to be “at home away from home” but close to downtown to experience the city like a tourist. The staff was extremely considerate and sensitive to my needs throughout the stay going above and beyond.
Disliked: Probably can’t help the age of the building but the electrical fire was slightly concerning but it was under control quickly.

Liked: It was above my expectations. After reading all the reviews I was expecting something old, dark and dusty, but it was neither of those. The room on 11th floor was bright, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Location is 13 minutes walk from Notre-Dame and central streets. In overall you get what you pay for.
Disliked: There is a lot of weird people on the streets at night (but it’s like everywhere in Montreal). We saw a car with a broken window on the street parking near hotel, so it’s probably better to park in the hotel parking lot.The towels were too thin and old, and are begging for the replacement. Bathroom cleaning might be done better, there was some hair on the floor which didn’t belong to us.

Liked: Very large room, with kitchen, and clean. It had a nice view of the city. Located close to the heart of Montreal. Fairly quiet. Great value for your money.
Disliked: The TV remote did not work. It was hard to discover how to open the front door from outside (you have to open the one on the right). The room was not cleaned even once for my whole 7 day stay. They supposedly clean only once a week.
