A good stay

Liked: excellent location

Fantastic location but hotel lacking

Liked: The location was perfect as right in the city centre
Disliked: It is advertised as having parking! It does not. There is parking nearby but is not affiliated with the hotel. On the day we arrived we were advised we needed to move the car to a different car park c15 mins walk away as the nearby car park was closed on the Saturday due to an outdoor market. Had we known any of this before booking we would not have booked. The room itself was very basic and dated with no tea/coffee facilities available. There was only one mirror in the bathroom. Inside the wardrobes there were 2 mirrors but they were not accessible.

Disliked: A ramp out front. It was difficult to bring up my luggage.

Exceptional

Liked: Great location for the city and very friendly, attentative and professional staff. Very good restaurant within the building serving first class food and fine wines.
Disliked: No kettle in the bedroom for making tea or coffee.

Liked: Amazing location and fantastic staff
Disliked: Our room was in the attic, so very hot after a sunny day. There is a powerful aircon unit, but the aircon compressor is in the room (rather than outside) so it was incredibly noisy when we tried to sleep. The other rooms looked better.

Our interesting stay in Angers.

Liked: The decoration. The location was lovely & conveniently located on the plaza, near all the restaurants.
Disliked: Only one towel & one roll of toilet paper.non bathroom. Had to ask for more. The window tracks were dirty.

Bad

Disliked: The fact the inside door was held closed by a broom and I could not enter, no body to open the door not good late at night. Security man needed at the reception and the door left open for residents to either when they wish.
