I would stay here again.

Liked: The room was a twin and it was nice and big. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. If you want breakfast you pay extra for it and it was nice with yogurt and bread and jams etc. the location was fantastic - we started at Caen train station and the tram was easy to find and took us to the area with just one street to walk up to the hotel. It is close to Caen castle and the Abbaye aux Hommes (where William the Conqueror's tomb is) and is close to restaurants and cafes.
Disliked: The lock of our room was a little bit tricky to work but the staff showed us how to manage it and we were alright.

Very good

Liked: Nice, compact twin room, good location. Parking is free during nights on the city streets. Really good place for a short stay!
Disliked: The check-in closes quite early
