The hotel was under construction during our stay but the inconvenience was minimal. I would like to return when it is done to see what they did with it. The location is perfect. A short walk to many restaurants and Michigan Avenue is right there! It was very easy to get a cab to were we needed to and the door men were very helpful in flagging them down for us. I plan to stay there again in the future.

Pleasantly surprised

Liked: Bed was massive! I also liked the gym and laundry facilities, and staff were lovely as well. Location was an easy walk from various Chicago sites of interest.
Disliked: The lobby was a little bit grim (when the rest of the hotel was so nice!) and the restaurant attached was overpriced and the food over salted.

Liked: We've stay at this sight over 20 yrs. when it was Red Roof inn . nice upgrade in the lobby, and it would be nice to earn pts for stay...
Disliked: Where were the Bibles. and the bath mats, showers are really slippery...
