Great value and location of...

Liked: The location is great, everything you need (washroom, microwave, fridge). Great price. Parking for a reasonable price not too far away. Near McDonalds for late night eats and Shoppers Drug Mart for essentials.
Disliked: No shower curtain, the curtain doesn't close all the way down, there was an unfamiliar smell. There was an issue with the fire alarm and they needed access to my room while I was there.

Disliked: Room was dirty.. stains all over bed. Staff gave new sheets, didn’t come to room to fix bed. Bath tub was very stained.

All in all, a very...

Liked: The hotel overall is a great place. It was recently renovated a few years back. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. It is accessible to all that I want to get to while in Montreal.
Disliked: They NEED to get coffee makers in the room. Every other hotel on this God's Earth has at least a Kuering in the room. I have to bring a mini coffeemaker with me when staying here. Not a big deal, really, but I would prefer to just bring k-cups with me instead of a coffeemaker.
