Very good
Liked: Location was great. Staff were nice.
Disliked: First of all, it’s been 10 days of my stay and my security deposit of $250 hasnt been returned to my card yet. Me and my son stayed for one night only, there was no damage or no reason to keep my deposit. I’ve called and message the hotel a dozen of times but nobody answers messages or calls. I need my $250 back.Room was very small but okay for a night only.

Great location.
Liked: Great location. Friendly staff. Large room.
Disliked: Floors in the room were not clean. There is a kitchen and kettle but no cups or glasses. Refrigerator was dirty.

It's ok for the money

Staff was friendly and location...
Liked: Our room was bigger than expected and we had 2 bathrooms which was great since we were 4 people.
Disliked: The bathrooms had no counter space to put our stuff on.

Disappointing
Liked: Except for the sheets, the room was quiet and clean, and the facilities were in working order. Price was very good.
Disliked: Sheets not clean. I had undressed and gotten ready for bed before realizing this & was VERY tired upon arriving at 2:30 am. There was one very sleepy employee working reception, so I felt getting him to do something was a long shot (he had also said it was the last available room, would he have been willing to remake the bed?) so I did not alert him. I slept on top of the comforter, which was a bit chilly. I mentioned all of this on checkout, and the employee politely apologized, adding I should have contacted the night clerk. I take partial blame for not giving him the opportunity to rectify the situation, but they should also do a better job of ensuring room cleanliness.
