Disappointing

Disliked: Misleading Description – Not Suitable for Families During Our StayWe chose this property specifically because it was advertised as being in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood—an important factor as we were traveling with our young child. However, during our stay, a Pride celebration was taking place directly in the surrounding area. The festivities, including loud music and partying, continued throughout the day and well into the night for all three days of our stay.There was no air conditioning, and due to the noise, we couldn’t leave the windows open—making it extremely uncomfortable in the July heat. The environment outside was not family-appropriate, with excessive drinking, adult-themed costumes, and behavior unsuitable for children.None of this was disclosed in the listing, despite the clear impact it would have on the experience, especially for families. When we asked if we could cancel or relocate due to the circumstances, we were told it wasn’t an option.We feel strongly that events of this nature should be clearly communicated in advance, particularly when a property markets itself as being in a peaceful area. We would not have booked had we known.

Liked: Great Location - close to the metro and to a lot of restaurants and a supermarket, The room was clean and it had everything you need. I would come again.

Liked: Good location very near Metro , hotel very good all Falcelties good,.quiet.at night as well, breakfast little Over priced but excellent selection though also.enjoyed the complementary Tea & cake in afternoon plus nice aera to read or relax in round back Highly recommend
Disliked: shower very slow and difficult to get hot or cold water ie lukewarm but nothing really bad

Disliked: Bathroom didn’t seem to be cleaned properly.

Great location

Liked: The location is great, there is also free coffee and drinks during the day. Staff is nice.
Disliked: The decoration needs revamping. Phone was not working in the room. Room cleaning has been forgotten once.

Liked: The rooms were clean & ideal for our adult family of five. Location the best we saw in Berlin for nearby restaurant & cafe choice. Handy for train station & Tiergarten. Free afternoon refreshments in hotel dining room was a welcome gesture.
