Liked: room was a good size. Also great location for the transport links within the city. Outwith the hotel there is some great cafes and bars locally.
Disliked: Maybe a kettle in the room.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is very good, all the major sightseeing places are only a few stops away, metro station is very near and the neighbourhood felt safe. Our room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good and I liked that we could decide in the morning if we wanted to have breakfast there or not. And the free coffee/hot chocolate in the afternoon was very nice.

Liked: Conveniently located near a main station, restaurants, shops, laundry, and was easy to access. Clean. Had everything I needed, including bottles for water, coffee machine and optional but reasonably priced buffet breakfast.
Disliked: Shower in tub was pointed sideways, not lengthwise, so made it feel cramped. Single bed was narrow.
