Vienna Break

Liked: Lovely historic hotel with excellent staff, perhaps a little old fashioned but that's just personal taste. The only issue was a small one, the only English channels on the TV in our room were CNN, Sky News and BBC News. The TV wasn't a smart tv so we weren't able to login to Netflix, etc. Not that we were there to watch TV, but when relaxing in our room, we would've liked to watch something other than the news.

Great location and outstanding restaurants

Liked: The room was nice but it lacked a desk which meant that there was nowhere to put things like papers and computer. A desk was admittedly difficult to fit into the available space. The bathroom and dressing room were very good.The restaurants tried were very good. The Green room had outstanding decor and food. The Cafe had preferential seating for hotel guests and excellent food.The staff were most courteous and helpful.

Dreamy hotel in a dreamy...

Liked: Beautiful hotel, great concierge services, wonderful restaurants & bar. The best part however is its location, at a walking distance to important points of interest.
Disliked: Firmer pillows would have been nice :)
