Liked: No internet, no phone, asked for a ground floor and had to walk up very winding stairs etc would never come back and charged extra for my room.

Liked: I booked this hotel in a rush for five nights without checking the reviews. While the location is close to the train station and supermarkets, the street itself isn't ideal—especially for families with children.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the room was quite dirty. I hated brushing my teeth in the sink because the drain was open and unhygienic. There was no water kettle, fridge, and the TV didn’t work. The balcony didn’t feel secure—it seemed like someone could easily access other rooms through it.At night, there were loud conversations and drunk people around, which made my kids feel unsafe. The room wasn’t cleaned during our entire five-night stay. I had to call to request clean towels and for the bin to be emptied. The bed was uncomfortable, and the walls were full of stains.The area didn’t feel suitable for children. I was approached with questions and uncomfortable looks, likely because of the strip clubs nearby.The only positives were the convenience of nearby food options and the train station. Also, the staff were friendly and allowed us to check out late since our train was in the evening.Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families with kids or solo female travelers. I’d rather pay more next time for comfort and peace of mind.

I ended up going somewhere...

Liked: The only pro is that is close to the central station, but I don't think is worth the price. Also, the staff was nice, I felt bad to complain, so I just came back for the check-out, but I did not stay at this hotel.
Disliked: I thought I liked every zone of Munich, but I most say this zone in particular I did not like. I did not feel comfortable and the hotel was noisy the little time I stayed there. I'm sure at night it must be noisy, there are three table dance club in that street (I should've seen google maps reviews beforehand, my bad). Also, the room smelled weird and I left the window opened for 3 days, seems the odor went out, but I feel that if I were to close the window it will be back.

Disliked: all the room are conected by the balcony, never let your door open for fresh air or your expensive shoes outside in the balcony!! some random dudes drunk/ drugged wanted to enter in our room. defo not the best hotel choice
