I love the rooms; we have stayed there several times even though parking is difficult and the breakfast isn't great. The little lounge is fantastic, staff is excellent and the location is perfect.

Liked: Great location for concerts at the Knit, Fox or Bing. Free breakfast next door is good.
Disliked: Not the greatest part of town but close to venues so that's ok

Disliked: elevator did not go to the top of the 2nd floor so had to get heavy luggage up 4-5 steep stairs. Limited parking onsite but has another parking location.

Liked: The room and decor were very nice. Very hip. I liked the Sapphire Lounge too. Check in and out was easy. Staff was cool. Location was pretty good and having Rosie's next store was fantastic. Really liked getting the breakfast partially covered. I liked the gated entrances so that people couldn't just walk around by the rooms without legitimate access. I also liked that you had a nice little smoking area, too.
Disliked: Had a problem with housekeeping. I didn't realize we had to ask for housekeeping. I asked in the morning and then we went out and came back at 4 and it hadn't been done. Kind of disappointing. The other thing was that someone could have vacuumed the carpeting outside.
