Hotel Ruby

I love the rooms; we have stayed there several times even though parking is difficult and the breakfast isn't great. The little lounge is fantastic, staff is excellent and the location is perfect.

Liked: Cleanliness.
Disliked: Breakfast; parking.

Liked: It was everything advertised - close to the venue, very courteous servic and extremely comfortable beds.
Disliked: None.

Pleasant stay

Liked: Good location, safe & quiet.
Disliked: Later flight, there were a lot of homeless down town. I guess this is normal for any large city. Easy walk to Spokane Falls.

Gate kept slamming closed

Liked: How close you are to the Knitting Factory, bed was comfortable
Disliked: Gate to go upstairs was slammed all night long, consistently waking us up when someone when come through and let the gate slam shut. Heard a lot of screaming from different people. We ordered Doordash and a neighboring guest tried to intimidate us.

Disliked: Only one breakfast coupon per room is given. It should be per person.

Disliked: Sapphire Lounge was inoperable we were looking to eat and drink there. For it to be closed for renovations was not mentioned beforehand.
