I love the rooms; we have stayed there several times even though parking is difficult and the breakfast isn't great. The little lounge is fantastic, staff is excellent and the location is perfect.

Liked: Cleanliness.
Disliked: Breakfast; parking.

Disliked: Pretty sketchy neighborhood with limited parking. Unexpected $5 fee for parking, even in unlocked section. Room was cramped with shallow desk.

Budget motel accommodations, for not...

Disliked: The listing advertised free parking, we had to pay for parking- we had to park in a lot away from the hotel, and in a sketchy public lot, used for their overflow that they couldn’t accommodate in their own lot that they locked behind a gate. Had we been able to park inside this lot the checking in and out was very inconvenient, as there was no person to manage a service desk. The railings on the 2nd story would never have met codes, they were so low, and the bathroom was so tight and small the counter ran over the top of the toilet, where the hairdryer hung precariously, and could have electrocuted someone if it got knocked off its shelf into the toilet. It was clean though, older but clean, over priced, for cheap furnishings, tiny room, and no amenities that you would expect to pay for $180

Liked: Staff was great, good location. They did provide ear plugs which we didn't end up needing, but could be nice, Would recommend they put 2 pairs in the rooms for when they are needed.
Disliked: It's an older building, so there are some interesting features in the rooms. The bathroom was very small, to open the door you had to step behind the toilet, just a bit awkward. And the parking fee is mentioned, but it is not mentioned as a recurring daily fee.

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is old and could use some upgrading. For the price it was ok for one night. The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and concert venues. The concert we attended was only a block away so it worked.
Disliked: Rooms are small and the floor squeaks. Its a very old hotel so you get what you pay for. The parking spaces are cramped and its hard to get in and out of.
