Communication was difficult but the...

Liked: Outstanding breakfast - we were given tickets for a free breakfast at the restaurant across the parking lot. It was a very nice surprise.
Disliked: We were unable to contact the hotel via Booking.com. We looked up hotel number on internet and the message on their phone directed us back to their website if we weren’t calling for a new reservation. We were just trying to let them know we’d be checking in quite a bit later than estimated at time of booking. Booking.com should be able to give us the phone number and the hotel should accept a call regarding existing reservation!

Very nice with breakfast, but...

Liked: They included breakfast at the restaurant in the parking lot.
Disliked: The walls are very thin and we could hear people talking and eating way late into the night. Unfortunately they didn’t have a fan for us to barrow to drown out the noise.
