Liked: Clean and a very comfortable stay. Spacious rooms. We requested a crib, microwave and electric kettle for one of the rooms and they accommodated our request without any additional charges.

Disliked: Some smell of smoking inside of the hallways

Not exactly the Ritz, but...

Liked: Location is excellent, very close to downtown Montreal. This hotel was probably very glamorous in its prime.
Disliked: It’s a little run-down. The room and the lobby didn’t look properly cleaned although the bed and towels were spotless. The ice machine on my floor wasn’t working. Their parking lot has barrier gates but they don’t seem to work and that’s a shame. With all the car thefts in Montreal, it would have been nice if they could get it in working order to protect their guests cars.

Liked: Rooms are nice and well-maintained, the gym is good as well.
Disliked: The indoor pool hasn't been accessible during multiple visits.

Disliked: The heater is noisy I wish that the back entrance was open all the time so we could get it faster instead of staying in traffic and get through the main entrance on Decarie
