Charming and comfortable

Liked: This is a charming hotel in a wonderful location. Breakfast was outstanding and I also enjoyed eating at the restaurant. The Sky Bar had amazing views. Everyone on the staff was helpful. Loved the robe.

Liked: Breakfast was good, the room and bathroom were a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The Sky Bar was superb offering fantastic views of the city.
Disliked: The air conditioning didn't seem to work all the time. We got up on our last morning and got into the shower ... no water! We tried to use the phone in the room to ring reception but the line was dead. We used our mobile phone to call reception and were told that there was a problem throughout the whole hotel but that it would be sorted within around 30 minutes. Thankfully it was. Fortunately, we'd got a late checkout. Had it been early then we wouldn't have been able to shower. Having said that, we'd still return to this hotel.
