Liked: The staff were so friendly. Great location . Really comfortable hotel, beds so comfie, corridors quiet with no noise disturbance. The location is great in the Jewish quarter . Our room was at the front of the hotel where there are lots of people enjoying the area and facilities outside however , we could not hear any noise at all. Also all the room cleaning is done in the afternoon, so quite easy to sleep on if you had a late night or a tiring day. Lovely to have the facility of the Sky Bar too. Special mention to the front desk staff and main waiter at the front of the building....there were all so friendly and helpful . Really lovely place to stay in Krakow which is also a fab city.

Amazing stay, can't wait to...

Liked: The room was spacious with beautiful decor. Great sized bathroom and shower and very cosy bed. Really quiet. I didn't eat there but the food smelled amazing when I walked past the restaurant. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Can't fault the hotel and location

Disliked: The Bed was for me, too soft.
