Great value, close to train...

Liked: Walking distance to everything. Great staff!
Disliked: Nothing.

Nice but noisy

Liked: The room, staff and hotel facilities were nice.
Disliked: Other reviews had pointed out that the bathroom would be dated, but it didn't even have a shower - just a bath with curtain and a shower head I had to hold up myself. I paid for a 'superior' room, asking/hoping for a quieter one away from the street and tramlines - which reception staff said I had. I understand this is a city centre hotel, but my 1st floor room was directly above the outdoor seating area of a bar, so I had about fifty people standing outside until 1am. The double glazed windows stop some of the noise, but don't touch on the noise from fifty people standing outside your window. Unless you can sleep like a zombie, you'd be better off at any other hotel.

Comfortable and convenient

Liked: Very friendly and welcoming staff. Given a room upgrade upon arrival. Close to all transport. Spacious room and comfortable bed.
Disliked: Unfortunately, and not due to lack of effort by the cleaners, our bathroom was smelly.

Liked: Location great, staff nice and helpful.
Disliked: The floor in my room was not clean. Things stuck to my feet. There was hair and other things on the shower floor when I arrive. Worst of all, my pillows smelled sour, like dirty feet. I told the staff , they apologized and had the room cleaned. With fresh linen, the odor wasn’t as bad yet faintly still the. The pillows should really should be replaced.

Liked: The Staff were brilliant. We arrived and should have been in a room with a walk-in shower. There was no fuss, they just very kindly sorted it for us. The location was great - even though we were central, we couldn't hear anything from our room. We looked out onto a quad which didn't get the sun but that could be seen as a good thing. We didn't have breakfast, although they did have some Vegan but neither of us eat €15's worth of food or drink in the morning.
