This hotel was very comfortable...

Liked: The breakfast was fantastic with lots of variety and the location was perfect
Disliked: Nothing

For three star close to...

Liked: Location is outstanding with the train station an easy walk down the street.
Disliked: Bathroom - some mold. Air conditioning just adequate.

Liked: The hotel was in a great location, easy to walk to from the train station and a short walk to great restaurants and shops. The staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Liked: The staff was very helpful and pleasant to communicate with. The location is great. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: Maybe little fixes here and there in the room (the soap holder, the shower holder, etc.). There is no fridge in the standard room, which sometimes it not so handy. However, the staff is always there to put your things in the their big kitchen fridge.

Montpellier was very good and...

Liked: We changed rooms 3 times during our stay. The first was due to not having a shower, the second due to a leaky shower unit and cleanliness and the 3rd room was cleaner but had a leaking shower. Good location right near the comedie close to night life and restaurants but a bit noisy due to the constant movement of trams. Staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was OK.
Disliked: The horel was tired and needed renovation. It was noisy due to the trams and building work.

Liked: Very helpful staff including cleaners, asked for extra things and given no problem, hotel also v well located

Liked: Good position, close to the city center and also the railway station! Also there are a couple of Parking close to the Hotel if you are traveling by car.
