Liked: Fantastic stay in this lovely hotel. Everything was perfect and staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Superb breakfast and tea / cake served in afternoon. Felt like a home away from home :) location also perfect, close to everything needed for the stay.

Perfect place to stay, would...

Liked: This hotel is simply fantastic. Very welcoming, both in terms of building and personnel. It's an old hotel, in classic style, but very well maintained, freshly painted, etc. The room was very reasonably sized.Breakfast is excellent, good choice, caters to people needing to eat gluten- or lactose-free as well. There's always fresh fruit too! It has an inner yard where you can sit for breakfast. Nice little lobby, tea, coffee and cake available during the day.The street is quiet, but the location is very central (shops and sightseeing). I would certainly stay here again!
Disliked: There is no gym, but I knew this. You can easily run along the river or in the parks close to the hotel (small, but multiple laps solve the problem!) and there are a couple of gyms nearby.
