Would not recommend staying there

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Bathroom was dirty and only cleaned after asking two times. Breakfast was not good.

Liked: As I arrived into Frankfurt from my long-haul flight, I was pleased to hear that my room was upgraded to a double room instead of a single. The room & facilities were up to standards & it was great to be able to have the extra space. The location was fantastic, I felt very safe & it was only a 15 minute walk to the main centre of Frankfurt. There was also many cafes & supermarkets around which made it convenient as well.
Disliked: The customer service was reasonable, however it felt like staff weren’t always around to greet you or if you had questions to ask. There was a broken bed side table from memory in my room too.

Liked: It’s quite clean, easy to find, walkable distance from the main square, also easy to go to main station as a few S-bahn stations are located nearby
Disliked: Kettle in the room would be great
