Liked: The location is the best ,quiet but central.The welcome is great even the security is friendly, helpful along with the lady on reception . Overall a great place to stay and relax.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Hotel Royal has nice bedrooms, beds were comfortable , and a good size ,and rooms were very clean and bright,just a bit dated . Hotel was in a good location.
Disliked: The breakfast has very little selection and choices

Not the best hotel in...

Liked: Not much to be honest, apart from proximity to old town.
Disliked: Most of the property was derelict and closed.What was open was antiquated and tired and we were told is imminently closing for a 2 year refurbishment - if we had known that we probably would not have booked. Room was small, beds too low, not enough power sockets and generally ‘tired’.

Vintage hotel centrally located.

Liked: Historic building with vintage furniture. Located next door to the castle and old town.

Liked: Everything was perfect. The staff is helpful and always with a smile. The breakfast was very nice, very warm atmosphere, and didn't miss anything. The location of the hotel is amazing. You are a 5 min walk from the center and is very easy. Definitely, when we return to Krakowia we will choose the same hotel without words.Thank you for everything. Miltiades and Maria
