Exceptional

Liked: The location was perfect for what I was there for. It was an easy walk to the waterfront. There are plenty of cafe's, restaurants etc close by.The room is small but perfect for just me, if you are travelling with lots of luggage it may be a bit tricky.The staff were all super friendly and helpful
Disliked: My only complaint is the shower could do with a bit of an update, the shower head just seemed old and blocked so the water came out in all directions and kept flooding the floor.This isn't anything against the hotel but just be prepared for the amount of homeless people that are around the area, they aren't an issue but was a bit of a shock

Great relaxed vibe, small rooms,...

Liked: The location and staff are wonderful. The vibe was very relaxed.
Disliked: Stair treads are short/narrow for a person with normal to large feet, be careful. The parking left me feeling insecure, around the back of the building, basically unsecured and out of view.

Great place to stay for...

Liked: Great location, comfortable room, liked the small kitchenette in the room.
Disliked: Had a slight issue with the hot water not working for some time, but this was resolved. The room also felt quite cold at times - but this wouldn't put me off staying again in the future.

Liked: i thought by the reviews here the room would be smaller but in the end i was quite happy with it, the staff was friendly and everything went smooth, its super well located too

Did the job

Liked: Having free water provided. The bed was comfortable but not for the price. There was cutlery and dishes for me if I needed them. Great location near food, a convient store, a couple of blocks from the beach, and other shops.
Disliked: I was not able to get the TV to work. The shower was very small, no room to wash yourself without moving the cutain the shower head was really high. The room was very small. It got hot in there thru the night. The ac was on auto but didn't turn on very often with the temp set at 69 degrees. The hotel is not set up for people who are disabled. The ceiling fan was connected to the light by the door. When I turned of the light by the door the ceiling fan was off. There wasn't an alternate way to keep the ceiling fan on.
