Liked: Nice and cozy room
Disliked: A/C that we can't control the temperature. It was cold. No paper towels for the kitchen.

Clean quiet more exclusive

Liked: Very clean welcoming kinda artsy interior. Very unique layout kinda felt like a home too.

Pleasant for a short stay...

Liked: Funky retro vibe, very friendly staff, plenty of bottled water, relatively quiet.
Disliked: Bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly before we arrived. Our room could only be accessed via a steep staircase, which was awkward to manage with luggage.

Liked: Staffs are friendly.
Disliked: The room is small and smells bad (The pungent smell of detergent). No table in the room. The sink is outside the bathroom. No AC.

Pleasant

Liked: The staff was friendly and the location was very good. There was complementary water, coffee and tea and a nice kitchen area to use. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: However, the rooms very extremely small, no space to turn in the bathroom, nowhere to put your suitcase or hang any clothes. The walls were paperthin, so there was quite some noise coming from the hallways and from adjacent rooms. Also, the word 'boutique' in boutique hotel comes a little too close in meaning to 'shabby' and 'rundown' ... Cleanliness was substandard.
