Room not ready on arrival

Liked: Gorgeous room. Comfortable stay
Disliked: The Murphy bed was not ready for us.. we had to pull it out. UNFORTUNATELY it had dirty sheets and was not done. We complained to reception who got housekeeping within 30 minutes. The room also didn't have towels for 4 people. As in dicated in the booking.

Room and washroom were clean...

Disliked: We chose the room as it had a small kitchen with fridge, sink and counter in case we wanted to eat at home, but there was no table to sit at
