perfect getaway in a beautiful...

Liked: our room was PURE PERFECTION and the staff was super friendly. the location right next to the metro (free of charge since the ticket is offered by the hotel) is ideal.

Liked: What a hotel! Just fantasticThe spa is beautiful. The lake view is stunning
Disliked: The door on the shower didn’t close properly so the bathroom floor got flooded every time we showered. But this is a very very minor issue ! The restaurants were gorgeous but very expensive !

Nice hotel but overpriced and...

Liked: The hotel and its staff were very busy entertaining and accommodating the Spanish National soccer team. This way the other guests were a bit overseen in terms of service and attention. Also I had the impression they were understaffed especially during breakfast. The AC in our room was not working at all so that was a real bummer for a 5 star hotel of this price range, that is unacceptable.
Disliked: - Service during breakfast was very slow- They charged you 10CHF extra for an avocado even though breakfast was included- Rooms need an upgrade (AC was malfunctioning and old)

Disliked: The beds were not comfortable , the design of the room making the bathroom have two sliding glass doors. Outdated furniture
