Disliked: Dear Hotel Royal Prague Team,Good evening.We recently stayed at your hotel, Hotel Royal Prague. We were very pleased with the hotel itself; however, during our stay in room 719, we encountered a significant problem. For all three nights, we had to endure a very loud noise coming from the bathroom: the faucet handle produced a high-pitched squeaking sound that was unbearable to listen to.We reported the issue to the front desk and a technician came to our room. After only a couple of minutes of inspection, he informed us that he did not know how to fix the problem. We were promised that a more experienced technician would visit the next day to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, no one came.We reached out to the front desk again, and once more we were assured that someone would come to fix it, but again, no one showed up. We are very disappointed that during our three-day stay, no action was taken to help us, and our requests were ignored. As a result, we could not sleep properly due to the loud noise from the bathroom, and our overall experience was negatively affected.We would love to stay at your hotel again, as we truly liked it. However, this experience has left us with the impression that the comfort of your guests is not a priority for the staff.Sincerely,Tur Paul

Disliked: The bathrooms were not properly cleaned, there was mould on the tiles and in the corners, the shower was broken, the shower gel dispenser was broken, drain in one of the sinks was blocked. Cleaning ladies don't clean properly, just polish the glass and wipe the surfaces to make it look clean, but they don't even use water to clean the showers, that's why they didn't even know that the shower didn't work. When we asked to repair it, it took 2 days till the technician came and repaired the shower, but of course forgot to change the shower gel dispenser. There's no soap for hands, bathrooms are not practical at all. The towels don't have a nice smell.The ventilation in bathrooms don't work.It's very warm in the hotel, like 25 degrees. We had to keep the windows open if we didn't want to run the A/c.Breakfast is mediocre, every day the same, the quality of food is terrible. Scrambled eggs don't taste like eggs, pancakes taste awful, bread is not fresh, and the cereal selection is very poor. The worst is the coffee, I had never had worse coffee.I will not come back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Not clean, bad breakfast, not worth the money.

Liked: Hotel is far from old town around 30 mins walk. Hotel was good. Many eateries around the hotel. Metro was 1 min walk
Disliked: Shower drain was not working properly.
