Liked: I loved the staff, they were very kind and helpful! The customer service was amazing.
Disliked: It wasn't in a great area, the rooms weren't really that clean, the bed bug covers had holes in them so that wouldn't prevent bed bugs.

Liked: Convenient down town location
Disliked: 1st room I was given had garbage and clothing still in it, and the smoke detector was on the floor. 2nd room had grubby hand prints all over the wall to wall mirrors, a broken lamp and shade ,the tv and mini fridge did not work and there was no turn table in the microwave. The damage deposit was not refunded at checkout, I had to call the hotel directly and request a refund. Refund on check out should have been automatic.

Liked: The location is awesome!
Disliked: The air conditioning wasn't working at first but when fixed it didn't cool off our room at all

My stay was very terrible...
Disliked: The receptionist was very rude, unprofessional and give me a very stink room. I found two dead bugs on the bed and the told the receptionist on the phone I needed a change of room because of this and the smell of the room. She became offended, raised her voice and hung up the phone. I went to the lobby and asked her to speak with the manage. She told me she was the manager. I was given another room without an AC later in the day and endured a very hot and uncomfortable night. I told her the next day about this and the AC was in by the afternoon. I tried to meet the real manager and the staff referred me back to her. One staff pointed to another staff and said he was the owner and I should tell him my concerns. He give me a fist name and refused to give me a last name. I asked for a refund for my discomfort at check out and was told I could not get one. At check in the full cost of my stay was paid. The receptionist took it off from my credit card.
