Liked: The location was not bad, but the yard side rooms are very small, dark and seems to be a ghetto.
Disliked: the room was very dirty. they never clean the floor with water, so you can imagine how dirty it was.Besides they are very arrogant. They never replied to messages, not by booking, not by email. When they saw that we were carrying heavy luggage with us, they never help and besides starting to ask us show the keys (we are girls with mother who were staying the 4rd day at their hotel). Very bad service. No support.

Exceptional

Liked: Rooms were clean with everything you might need. Bed were comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent location.

Great location and a decent...

Liked: I loved the location – it was in a very convenient and upscale area, surrounded by beautiful streets and plenty of trees. Everything was nearby, including the Louvre, Galeries Lafayette, great shopping centers, coffee shops, and a wide variety of restaurants. Public transport like the metro and bus stops were just a short walk away, and finding parking was easy too.
Disliked: The bathroom was quite small, and the toilet was awkwardly positioned, which made it a bit uncomfortable to use. Also, the shower door was broken, so water kept leaking out and left the bathroom floor wet after every use. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Liked: The staff is super kind and friendly. The location is very-very good!
Disliked: The room is very tiny and very smelly. The hotel itself is in OK condition, but seems to need a full renovation, especially the rooms. For this price we could have find a hotel in better condition in the neighbourhood.

Liked: I really enjoyed my stay here! The room was spotless and very quiet at night, which made it easy to relax. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe throughout my stay. The location is perfect — just a short walk from the center and major sights. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Highly recommended!
