Liked: Very nicely updated retro hip motel. Very clean. Staff very helpful. Breakfast is basically only muffins/pastries and coffee but there's a great breakfast cafe only 2 doors down the street. Would stay there again.

Location was great, but sleeping...

Liked: Room was very nice. and staff was very friendly.
Disliked: We hated the fact that there was music playing outside of our room by the hotel itself. It would have been fine but it went on every night until midnight, and one night it played until 7:30am. It was horrible to sleep, and we needed to get up early everyday.

Liked: Loved staying there one night for a show at Royal Oak Music Theatre! It was a super quick drive or a 20-minute walk to the venue. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful! They had a bar with lots of drinks, snacks to order, and free breakfast bagels, pastries, and coffee – would definitely stay here again!

Liked: the cozy retro feel, the clean & comfortable bed, the toiletries’ fragrance, the friendly & helpful person working the desk in the lobby, & the ease of check in & out.
Disliked: the room i was in had some cobwebs & the furniture needed some dusting & cleaning. the floor wasn’t very comfortable to walk on without shoes. the bathroom was clean but the tub and tiles were very worn.
