Great location, bugs galore (maybe...

Liked: I lovedddd the location of the hotel. I drove into NOLA and only needed to use my car once while staying there. The Hotel is located in the heart of the French Quarter, so you can walk everywhere. I also loved the quaint nature of the hotel, especially the courtyard. I had my seafood boil out there and it was so peaceful!
Disliked: The bugs and the creaky flooring. The steps I took to get to my room require me to step outside. Because it was hot and humid, the gnats and mosquitos were out of control. I got bit up everyday whether I was walking around the French Quarter or I was in my room. Not very pleasant experience and because of it, I probably wouldn't stay there again OR if I did stay there again, bring bug spray. The floors were quite creaky simply because the building is older, so it's not as bad as having to deal with the bugs.

Liked: The location could not have been better for us. We walked everywhere we wanted to go during our stay. The staff was wonderful, especially Pery at the front desk. The rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable. The building was gorgeous as well.
Disliked: The parking was pretty ridiculous. The lot was extremely small, and the price to pay per day on top of the hotel already being one of the most expensive in the area was completely unnecessary in my opinion. If only tenants of the hotel can park there, I don’t understand why you have to pay to park there.
