Liked: Great location for exploring Paris
Disliked: Rooms without air conditioning, we had to keep the windows opened the whole night and the street below was very loud until 3 am. They gave us only two towels, and nothing to put on the floor of the bathroom.

Nice/good location, close to metro...

Liked: Nice staff, cleanliness, god location very close to two metro stations, lot of terrace around, big room for Paris.
Disliked: Street noise at first time in the morning mainly from garbage trucks.

Great base for a short...

Liked: The location of this hotel as a base for sightseeing in Paris on a short break is excellent. The room is a good size for a city hotel, bathroom was spacious and clean. Very comfortable pillows on the bed. I did not have much interaction with the staff as my friend speaks French so she tended to speak to them if we needed anything but they all seemed to be friendly and helped us with any queries we had.
Disliked: Rooms are a bit dated/old fashioned but were clean. Issue with towels when checking in as only given one between two of us so had to ask for more but they said they had limited supply (they did manage to provide more) and they had no bath mat for when getting out the shower which was a bit slippy. The big issue was how noisy the rooms are at night. Our room was at the front which meant we were over a bar with two bars directly opposite, the double glazed windows do nothing to keep the noise out so noisy until about 2am and on the weekend the bars have music so not much sleep for the nights we were there!

Good value for money

Liked: Located right by Moulin Rouge, large room and bathroom, breakfast was offered and nice to have every morning. For a private room in Paris, it felt like great value for money!
Disliked: The doors lock late at night and if someone isn’t at the desk, we had to call and wait a while for someone to let us in.
