Liked: Location
Disliked: Beds and pillows very uncomfortable. Hotel in general needs maintenance. The chlorine from the wellness center can be smelled even on the third floor.Would not recommend.

Liked: excellently located in Oostende, central and quiet, good WiFi, public parking close by, breakfast o.k.
Disliked: street work outside, sink was stuck

Lovely couple of days break

Liked: Breakfast was lovely
Disliked: Pool was too coldWellness centre was part of our room - did not use as had to pay for a towel / robe etc which was expensive and should have been included in the room price.

Perfect stay in Ostend.

Liked: Very clean and friendly staff. Very accommodating!
Disliked: Pool was slightly cold but was fine when you’re in!
