Loved the location, comfort, staff....
Liked: Great central location, walkable to just about everything, yet comfortable and quiet.
Disliked: Sometimes both elevators were broken. Hard for someone disabled!

Absolutely wonderful stay!
Liked: The hotel is absolutely lovely and centrally located in old town. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. I highly recommend Hotel Rott.
Disliked: Although parking is not on site, it is a quick walk and easy on a nice day.

I recommend this hotel if...
Liked: Hotel Rott is right off the square. My room was not facing the street and quieter for that reason. The staff are very helpful and kind. Breakfast is outstanding. I have allergies to gluten and dairy but could still find items to eat.
Disliked: Bed was a bit hard for me, but I like a very soft mattress. It was definitely acceptable.

Beautiful hotel in the middle...
Liked: The hotel is in the Old Town center and surrounded by shops, restaurants, churches, art galleries and beautiful buildings. It’s a quick 5 minute walk to the underground train and 10 minute walk to the river. We were ungraded to a large suite that had a separate bedroom with a door. The room had an espresso machine, refrigerator, bar snacks/drinks. The bathroom was spacious and included bath salts, and other toiletries. There is a rooftop area where you can look out over the city and it’s amazing at night when the buildings are lit up. The daily breakfast was incredible and offered so many options including prosecco. I’ve never seen so many food options at a European breakfast. The staff was very efficient and friendly.
Disliked: The only thing was that there was no overhead shower, it was a hand held sprayer on the wall and water would leak out all over the floor. You had to step into the tub, there’s no walk in shower. The tub was high and I had injured my knee so it was difficult for me. And no fan so the bathroom was steamy.
