Perfect location and rooms nice...

Rooms could have been better...

Liked: The location is in the middle of old town but I don’t think that this is necessary because the point of coming to prag is to walk and see everywhere so location doesn’t really matter that much , as long as it is in city center. The rooms were soundproof and the breakfast hours were long
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable, we paid 200 euro per night and mailed the hotel about queen or king bedding but we were shocked to find out that they didn’t have these beds and only connecting beds which was not comfortable at all and the reception said they could do nothing about it and did not help. Breakfast variety was nice but pastries were sometimes stale and there was no labeling so we couldn’t understand what the food was and also the staff don’t speak English so that was not nice. The room was not a 4 star hotel room but rather a 2 star room , it was very plain and the bathroom could definitely be better , quality of rooms should be more luxurious for the high price

Liked: Perfect location. Large 2-bedroom fifth floor room has beautiful castle views through the roof top windows. Staff stored our luggage between early morning arrival by train & afternoon check-in. Very nice “included” breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausages, breads, cheeses, yogurt, pastries, & other options.
Disliked: No complaints.

Liked: Excellent location, very central. Ideal for walking around all of Prague 1. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a terrific array of options.
